These terms apply to your use of the beMyPOD beta. By using beMyPOD, you agree to use the app responsibly and only in ways allowed by applicable laws and platform rules.

Beta Service

beMyPOD is provided as a beta web app. The app may change, break, pause, or end while we improve it. We may limit access, generation volume, or availability at any time.

Your Account

You are responsible for your connected accounts and for making sure your use of beMyPOD complies with X platform rules and applicable laws.

Generated Audio

beMyPOD creates audio summaries from your X home timeline. Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or omit context. You should not rely on it as professional, legal, financial, medical, or safety advice.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse beMyPOD, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use generated content to harass, deceive, or harm others.

Access and Pricing

beMyPOD is offered through paid subscription plans. Current pricing, limits, and billing terms are published on the pricing page before you are charged, and checkout is handled by Stripe.

Support and Deletion

Support, account questions, and deletion requests are available through support and data deletion.
